The self-check-in process felt overly complicated!!! I'd prefer more in-room amenities!!!

Stylish and cozy accommodations.
The air conditioning was terrible. We set it to 18°C, yet the room felt stifling and sweltering. The bed and pillows were sweaty, making it unbearable. Plus, the 30-minute walk to the ferry station was exhausting, especially after long days of exploring.

Staying at this hotel was a blast for my family. We especially loved the cool in-flight entertainment setup with live social events. The location was perfect for our adventures, and it was super easy to hop on the ferry to explore downtown with the kids.
My children wished there were more activities for younger guests.

The hotel was quite nice with a quirky vibe, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient, and the noise from the common area could be bothersome, but overall, the cleanliness and modern amenities made for a good stay.

The Premium Queen room was comfortable, featuring excellent blackout blinds that ensured a good night's sleep. Staff provided exceptional service, helping us navigate local attractions and accommodating our luggage after checkout. However, the proximity to other bars and restaurants was lacking, and the small room size might not suit those looking for extra space. Dining on-site was a highlight, with delicious options like sashimi available.

Perfect for Couples Seeking Comfort
I got way more than I paid for with a spacious room. Everything was clean, and it had such a modern feel with that amazing rainfall shower.
Not exactly cheap, but still reasonable for the experience.
